1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and ar999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ar999.asia website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming or ancillary services offered through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing the ar999 platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by ar999, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility

ar999 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance where fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these eligibility requirements is suspected.

3. Account Registration

When registering an ar999 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, a valid mobile number, and a secure password. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

ar999 operates a strict one account per player policy. Members found operating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different identities – will have all associated accounts suspended. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar999 login credentials. ar999 staff will never request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. ar999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures may require you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document such as a CNIC or passport.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ar999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the ar999 cashier and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ar999 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a verified deposit on your account. This policy is a standard anti-money laundering measure.

Withdrawal requests are processed promptly for fully verified accounts. ar999 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. ar999 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's payment provider or banking institution.

ar999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, over which ar999 has no control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ar999 offers bonuses and promotional incentives at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, which are published alongside each individual promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Members who satisfy the relevant promotion criteria at the time of claiming.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Member, per household, and per device/IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified per promotion.
• ar999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms – including using multiple accounts, collusion, or software tools – will result in voiding of the bonus and potential account suspension.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on ar999 are subject to the specific rules published for each product category. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you accept the relevant game-specific rules in addition to these General Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ar999.asia – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the ar999 brand name – is the intellectual property of ar999 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from ar999.asia without prior written authorisation from ar999. Unauthorised use of ar999 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of – or inability to use – the ar999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

ar999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ar999 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, ar999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

ar999's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not, in any event, exceed the total amount of net deposits held in your account at the time the claim arises.

10. Account Termination

ar999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected money laundering, collusion, cheating, or abuse of the bonus system.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member or their payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring suspension or closure.

Upon account closure for legitimate breach, any bonus balance will be voided. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and will be released where no wrongdoing is established. Members may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting ar999 support.

11. Amendments

ar999 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ar999 will provide notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication at ar999.asia/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

12. Governing Terms & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of internationally recognised gaming regulation standards. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through ar999's customer support team shall be referred to ar999's designated dispute resolution process, details of which are available from the support team on request.
